What is air Cooled Chiller
Air-cooled chiller is a refrigeration device that uses air cooling to reduce water temperature. It utilizes refrigerant to circulate in the system, and through the collaborative action of components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves, it cools water at room temperature to a certain temperature to meet the cooling needs of different industries.

The working principle of a air-cooled chiller is to compress the refrigerant through a compressor, increasing its pressure and temperature; Subsequently, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser, reduce liquid temperature by blowing air with a fan, cools and condenses into a liquid, while releasing heat; The condensed refrigerant liquid is throttled and depressurized through an expansion valve, becoming a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture; Finally, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas-liquid mixture enters the evaporator, undergoes heat exchange with the medium that needs to be cooled, absorbs heat and evaporates, reducing the temperature of the medium and completing a refrigeration cycle.
