Basic Introduction of the Product

 

This device uses a dynamically pressurized gas-lubricated permanent magnet synchronous two-stage centrifugal compressor as the core power source, paired with a high-efficiency falling film evaporator, imported Danfoss / CAREL control valve set, and a PLC bilingual control system. It's specially developed for commercial central air conditioning, industrial process cooling, and data center temperature-controlled environments.

Unlike magnetic levitation, static gas bearings, or screw chillers, it relies on the rotor's high-speed rotation to automatically form an air film in the bearing wedge gap, starting from zero speed without needing external air sources, electromagnetic coils, or lubrication circuits. This greatly simplifies the machine structure, lowers failure rates, and significantly reduces long-term operating costs.

The whole machine has an IP54 protection rating with a fully enclosed cabinet, ensuring stable operation in high-humidity factories or machine rooms. Operating noise is ≤75dB (A), which is more than 15dB lower than gear-driven centrifugal chillers.

Applicable refrigerant: eco-friendly R134a, meeting global environmental standards for refrigerants with no risk of ozone layer damage.
