Water cooled chiller is an efficient and energy-saving refrigeration equipment designed for various industrial and commercial applications. The device adopts advanced water-cooled cooling technology, effectively removing heat through a circulating water system, achieving rapid cooling, and ensuring stable cooling effect even under long-term high load operation.
Working principle diagram
The working principle of a water-cooled chiller is to compress the refrigerant through a compressor, increasing its pressure and temperature; Subsequently, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser, undergoes heat exchange with the cooling water, cools and condenses into a liquid, while releasing heat; The condensed refrigerant liquid is throttled and depressurized through an expansion valve, becoming a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture; Finally, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas-liquid mixture enters the evaporator, undergoes heat exchange with the medium that needs to be cooled, absorbs heat and evaporates, reducing the temperature of the medium and completing a refrigeration cycle.
