This packaged screw chiller delivers chilled water for industrial and commercial cooling, with an optional partial heat recovery module to harvest waste thermal energy during operation.
The screw compressor pressurizes refrigerant gas. Inside the shell-and-tube evaporator, refrigerant absorbs heat from process water and produces chilled water for equipment or space cooling. Before refrigerant flows to the main condenser, a plate heat exchanger captures part of its high-temperature waste heat, heating water to 55–60°C for process cleaning or domestic hot water. Remaining heat is discharged through the condenser and cooling tower to keep stable refrigeration performance.
Built with reliable screw compressors and high-efficiency shell & tube heat exchangers, the unit comes with multi-layer safety protection covering pressure, temperature, water flow, phase sequence and overload faults. The whole machine is pre-assembled on a base frame, requiring only simple piping and power hookup on site.
This solution fits facilities that demand continuous cooling plus hot water supply. It reuses heat that would otherwise dissipate through cooling towers, cutting overall energy expenses. Heat output is tied to the cooling load; greater cooling demand brings more recoverable heat.
