1. Regularly clean the Y-shaped strainer at the water pump inlet to ensure smooth water flow. Clean once a month.
2. Regularly inspect the power input voltage, compressor operating current, and equipment input power to ensure they are within normal values.
3. When the power is off, regularly blow dust from the inside of the electrical control box and on the surfaces of electrical components to prevent contact problems.
4. Regularly inspect electrical terminals for signs of burning, sparking, or aging, and replace them promptly.
5. Regularly inspect pressure gauges, temperature gauges, ammeters, and voltmeters, and adjust or replace any errors if they increase.
6. Check the unit's set parameters. Temperature settings, pressure protection settings, and current protection settings must not exceed the unit's design operating conditions. Do not arbitrarily change related protection settings, such as pressure settings, current settings, and safety valves.
7. Regularly inspect mechanical fixing bolts for looseness, breakage, or severe wear, and address any loose, broken, or severely worn bolts promptly.
8. Maintain good ventilation, cleanliness, and dryness in the machine room.
