Oufucom common 75kw air comparessor compare with PM VSD air compressor 75kw


Suppose: air flow, pressure is same, working no-load 70%


  1. Power consumption of air compressor in use: Running time per day * working days per month* months per year*motor power= amount of actually power consumed

  2. Gerenally speaking one set 75kw screw air compresssor, motor service factor is 1.15, input full-load total power is 75*1.15=86.25kw, no-load 50% consumption, total no-load power is 43.125kw.

  3. Load power=total running time per year(such as 6000h)*input full-load total power 86.25kw*load rate(70%=0.70)=362250kwh

    No-load power=total running timer per year(6000h)*no-load rate(1-70%=0.30)*input no-load total power 43.125kw=77625kwh

    Total consumption=362250+77625=439875kwh


  4. If choose Oufucomp PM VSD save energy air compressor, motor drive is integral shaft direct drive, transmission efficiency 100%. According to permanent magnet synchronous inverter working mode, the air compressor provides the maximum working pressure to the whole factory when working normally. As the constant pressure combined with original working efficiency and working condistion of the air compressor, the actual air consumption is constant pressure.

    Actual power consumption is: the annual total running time (600h)* total full-load input power 86.25kw* load rate 70%=362250kwh
