The so-called compressor tripping machine refers to the compressor overload protector being disconnected, thereby causing the compressor to be shut down. Generally, the overload protector jumps and recovers for a long time, and the compressor cannot be used normally. There are many reasons for jumping, the most common is high temperature jumping machine, especially in the summer with high temperature, but there are other uncommon reasons, and it is difficult to overhaul. 1, with pressure start
On-site inspection of the mechanical pressure gauge on the oil and gas drum of the compressor. If the pressure gauge indicates pressure, it is preliminarily determined that there may be a system that does not completely relieve pressure, causing the compressor to start with pressure, resulting in excessive starting current and causing the air switch to trip to protect the unit. . Because in the screw air compressor, there is often a phenomenon in which there is pressure in the system after the compressor is stopped due to the failure of the minimum pressure valve or the clogging of the pressure relief system.
Pressure gauges show that there are two possibilities for pressure: one is that the system does have pressure; the other is that the pressure gauge is damaged and cannot be zeroed normally. The method of judging is to open the device or valve that can be relieved in the system. When the pressure relief valve is opened and it is found that the pressure gauge in the oil and gas barrel shows that there is still pressure, it is judged that the system has no pressure, which is caused by the pressure gauge being unable to return to zero; , the system is under pressure.
