Complete Machine Structure Disassembly
- Cooling main unit module
- Key components: single screw compressor, with matching shell-and-tube evaporator and shell-and-tube condenser;
- Electrical control system: independent PLC touchscreen control cabinet, integrated with frequency conversion drive, complete safety interlocks including high and low pressure protection, water flow protection, antifreeze, overload, and phase loss protection;
- Refrigerant options: R22, R407C, R410A, with R407C environmentally friendly refrigerant preferred for standard industrial chilled water applications.
2.Water Circulation Delivery Module
- Equipped with 2 vertical chilled water circulation pumps, one in use and one as a backup, paired with red manual gate valves, check valves, and prefabricated seamless piping.
- The piping is welded and pressure-tested at the factory, with standard flange connections, so no additional on-site piping is needed.
3.304 stainless steel insulated chilled water tank
- Square molded stainless steel insulated water tank with built-in thick insulation layer to reduce cold loss;
- Equipped with maintenance ladder, water inlet, chilled water outlet, drain outlet, and overflow outlet; large capacity helps buffer fluctuations in the production line's heat load, preventing frequent start-stop of the main unit.
4. Integrated Skid Base
- The carbon steel frame is spray-coated as a whole, with the compressor, water tank, water pump, piping, and electrical controls all pre-installed and fixed. The entire unit can be lifted and transported as a whole.
