1. The manufacturer of various protection devices for industrial chiller units has been set up, and users should not arbitrarily change them when using them.
2. Regularly check whether the cooling water system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and the sprinkler shaft are working well, and whether the hydration of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal. Regularly check the chiller refrigerant for leaks: refer to the parameters displayed on the front panel of the main unit.
3. When the unit has a fault alarm and stops, press the alarm stop button first, and then check the cause of the fault. Remember not to force the machine to run before troubleshooting.
4. If there is no emergency in use, do not turn off the unit by turning off the power at will; if the unit is stopped for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power, and drain the water in the chiller.
