1. Anti-Corrosion & Long Service Life:The heat exchange tubes of the condenser and evaporator are made of corrosion-resistant materials-either HAI77-2 aluminum brass tubes or 316L stainless steel-selected based on the properties of the fluid medium. This design significantly enhances the chiller's durability in complex industrial environments.

2. Smart Remote Monitoring:Equipped with a communication interface supporting the MODBUS RTU protocol, the chiller can seamlessly connect to upper-level computers. This enables remote operations such as data recording, historical fault query, and scheduled startup, reducing the need for on-site supervision and improving maintenance efficiency.
3. Comprehensive Protection Systems:The chiller features robust self-diagnostic and protection functions covering electrical, refrigerant, and water system aspects. It guards against phase reversal, phase loss, under/over voltage, overload, water cutoff, and abnormal refrigerant pressure. All alarm parameters are automatically saved for post-fault analysis.

4. High Efficiency & Energy Saving:The evaporator adopts a combined "spray cooling + evaporative cooling" technology, increasing heat exchange efficiency by over 10% compared to conventional evaporators. A microcomputer control system automatically adjusts cooling capacity based on load demands-rapid cooling for high loads and energy-efficient operation for low loads.
