Do you still not know the usages and precautions of air compressors? Please read this article. DMGMIC can also offer you professional helps.
Let's start with the usages of air compressors:
1. Connect the air compressor with the corresponding machine and plug it in.
2. There is a switch above the air compressor, which can be opened directly.
3. When the pressure pointer goes to 90, open the air valve inside the air compressor, and the air compressor begins to work.
This is the precautions of air compressors:
1. The air compressor should be parked away from steam, gas and dust, and the intake pipe is equipped with a filter.
2. Keep the outside of the storage tank clean, and do not carry out welding or hot work near the storage tank.
3. The operator should be specially trained to fully understand the air compressor and auxiliary equipment.
4. Operators should wear good work clothes. It is strictly forbidden to work under the influence of alcohol, and it is not allowed to leave work without permission.
5. The gas storage tank should be tested once a year, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure. The barometer and safety valve should be checked and replaced regularly.
6. When cleaning the radiator, it is necessary to clean and tighten the radiator after the machine is closed.
7. When the air compressor is shut down, gradually open the air storage tank exhaust valve, slowly reduce the pressure, and correspondingly reduce the diesel engine speed, so that the air compressor runs at low speed and no load for 5 to 10 seconds.
8. After starting the diesel engine, it must be heated at low, medium and rated speed. The air compressor should gradually increase the load to start, and the components can run at full load after normal.
9. During the operation of the air compressor, pay attention to the reading of the instrument, and immediately stop the inspection if any abnormality is found. Open the condensate and water discharge valves of the intercooler and tank once or twice every 2 to 4 hours of operation.
