1. Check the stability of voltage and current

2. Check whether the refrigerant is reduced
Chillers Maintenance can be judged according to the high and low pressure gauge values on the front of the chiller. When the chiller is in normal operation, the high pressure is 11-17kg and the low pressure is 3-5kg is the normal range. In shutdown state, both high pressure and low pressure are around 0.6kg;
3. Regular cleaning of the system
When the chiller runs for 6 months, it is necessary to clean the entire system, such as pipes, filters, condensers, fans, etc., especially the fans. Like our commonly used fans, dust is full of dust and affects heat dissipation, so the cooling efficiency will be directly reduced.
The air-cooled chiller is referred to as the air-cooled chiller for short, and it is also called the air-cooled box chiller, the air-cooled screw chiller, the air-cooled low temperature chiller, the air-cooled piston chiller and so on. It is one of our most commonly used chillers.
Since it is the most commonly used, what are its unique characteristics? What problems should we pay attention to when installing and using it?
Performance characteristics of the chiller:
1. The chiller does not need to be equipped with additional cooling towers, and does not require cooling towers to make up water. The water system is clean and easy to use. It has advantages in water-deficient areas, super high-rise buildings and occasions with high environmental requirements.
2. The chiller uses air as the cooling medium, and the air density is small and the specific heat capacity is small. Under the same heat, the required air volume is large, so the required heat exchange area is large, and the production cost and price are high.
3. At full load, the power consumption of the air-cooled chiller is greater than that of the water-cooled chiller, but the power consumption of the air-cooled chiller can be greatly reduced when the outdoor dry bulb temperature drops.
Generally speaking, according to the usage habits, the annual power consumption of the chiller is not much higher than that of the water-cooled chiller. In addition, the equipment maintenance cost of the water-cooled chiller is higher than that of the air-cooled chiller.
