chiller is a machine that achieves refrigeration through vapor compression or absorption cycle. These liquids can flow through heat exchangers to cool the air or equipment. Vapor compression chillers consist of four main components of the vapor compression refrigeration cycle, and these machines can implement different refrigerants.

The equipment operates through three interrelated systems: refrigerant circulation system, water circulation system, and electrical automatic control system. Among them, the compressor is the core component of the entire refrigeration system and the source of power for refrigeration compression. It can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy and compress the refrigerant. The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled), condenses into a liquid, and is throttled through a thermal expansion valve (or capillary) to become a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enter the evaporator, finally completing the refrigerant cycle process.

Precautions for the operation of the chiller


1. Please ensure that the power socket is in good contact and the ground wire is reliably grounded.

2. If the power frequency does not match, the machine will be damaged! (Please use the 50Hz or 60Hz model according to the actual situation)

3. In order to protect the circulating water pump, it is strictly forbidden to run without water! (The water storage tank is emptied before the new machine is packed, please ensure that the water tank is filled with enough water before starting the machine, otherwise the water pump is easily damaged. When the water level of the water tank is in the green range of the water level gauge Below, the cooling capacity of the cooler will drop slightly, please ensure that the water level of the water tank is within the green range of the water level gauge, and it is strictly forbidden to use the circulating pump to drain)

4. Please ensure that the air inlet and outlet passages of the chiller are smooth! (The air outlet above the chiller should be kept at a distance of more than 1250px from the obstacle, and the air inlet on the side should be at a distance of more than 750px from the obstacle)

5. The filter screen of the air inlet must be cleaned regularly. (The dust filter must be dismantled and washed regularly. Serious blockage of the dust filter will cause the chiller to fail)

6. Please pay attention to the influence of condensed water (when the water level is lower than the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity is high, condensed water will be generated on the surface of the circulating water pipe and the cooled device. The cooling device is kept warm.
